Microsoft, Apple, Patent Struggle?
News.com has launched another article that has captured and focused the energy of the anti-patent crowd into yet one more discussion focused on how lousy Microsoft is, and how the world should be without software patents. Unfortunately, News.com led its readers to believe the patent covered user-interface designs, and this just may not be quite true.

Copyright Office Offers Low-Cost Solution
Taxpayers should demand only the most cost-effective solutions from their government. So the U.S. copyright office is polling people to see how they feel about reducing overhead within the Library of Congress by creating only one online version of their new Copyright Preregistration system. You should respond to their request.
