Michelle Malkin points to an email released by Greg Beato. Apparently, the author doesn’t think Howard Dean should be subjected to “pointed questions.”
Mark responded that he was from the Wash Post and didnt see cred on him and because of his incredibly pointed questions wondered whether or not he was a rogue republican staffer.
Anybody shielding politicians from pointed questions should be ashamed. All politicians avoid questions that they are unprepared or unwilling to answer. They do just fine on their own, if you ask me. But when a reporter gets the opportunity to ask:
"if people are focused on the other things that you've said about hating Republicans, about Republicans being dishonest and then this latest comment about the Republican Party is full of white Christians. You say you hate Republicans -- does that mean you also'' hate white Christians?
The American public deserves an answer. Dean's hateful approach to politics should be revealed for what it is.
Howard Dean does a good job of portraying plenty of government actions as unethical, illegal, slimy... you get the point. But now his supporters are adopting the tactic and are using it against reporters. Wow… Howard Dean’s irresponsible leadership is rubbing off. Think he answered the question? If not, we have to assume he hates white Christians. That's got to be a great political position for Democrats. Or perhaps not.
